Paulo Dziobczenski

Doctoral candidate

Paulo is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Design, Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. His research concerns the graphic design profession: what is the role and requested skill set from graphic designers. His doctoral research is supported by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) – Brazil.

Before joining the SDIM, Paulo had professional experience as a graphic designer in design agencies in Brazil, where he also worked as a lecturer and thesis supervisor in design bachelor courses. More recently, he has lectured on the topics of branding and graphic design in master courses at Aalto University.
